Overview of your new PDP (RCA type)
Connecting
• Connect the separate three-way components video cable to the terminals Y, Pb and Pr of the DVD player and the
corresponding component terminals on PDP.
• Connect the audio cable of the audio sockets of the DVD player i.e. .L (white) and R (red) to the audio sockets next to the
component terminals of the PDP.
Command input
1. Switch on the DVD player.
2. Press the INPUT button on the remote control of the PDP
and select Component 1 or Component 2 as the input
source.

You will get a better image quality if you connect the
DVD player to the component input socket as shown.

Notes:
• The normal DVD source is based on 480i, which should be through normal YPbPr of the component signal.
• Component, PC, DVI connections can show only 1 signal from among them. If one of them is displayed, no other ports are available.
