Important safety instructions

Avoid long-standing STATIC IMAGES: BURNING SENSITIVITY
The device is not suitable for displaying fixed commercial graphics. The image may get
burnt on the screen!
Damages caused by improper handling are not included in the GUARANTEE!
Always handle the monitor very carefully. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock and other injuries, always bear these safety
precautions in mind when installing, using and maintaining your appliance.
1. Read all instructions thoroughly.
2. Preserve this manual well.
3. Heed all warnings.
4. Follow all instructions.
5. Do not use the system near water.
6. Clean only with a dry cloth.
7. Do not block any of the ventilation slots. Install only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Do not set up the appliance near heat sources such as heat registers, ovens or other heat-producing devices (including
amplifiers).
9. Do not defeat or damage the built-in safety of polarised or grounding type plug. A polarised plug has two pins with one
broader than the other. A grounded plug has two pins and a third grounding pin. The broader pin or the third grounding pin
is meant for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit your outlet, have the obsolete outlet changed by an electrician.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, especially at plugs, sockets and the point at which they exit from
the appliance.
11. Use only the accessories and adapters recommended by the manufacturer.
12. Always use only with a cart, stand, tripod, bracket or table recommended by
the manufacturer or purchased with the appliance. If a cart is used, take care
while moving the appliance on it to see that it does not topple over and cause
injuries.
13. Unplug this appliance during a thunderstorm or if not used for a long periods.
14. Refer all repairs to qualified service personnel. Repairs are required if the appliance has been damaged in any way, for
example the power cord or the plug, if fluid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the appliance, the appliance has
been exposed to rain or moisture, it does not work well or has fallen down.
