GetacIME

GetacIME (Input Method Editor) is a virtual keyboard that features:

 QWERY keyboard

 Text scanner

 Barcode scanner

NOTE:

 When you use Text Scanner or Barcode Scanner for the very first time, you

will be prompted to download GMS Library. Connect your device to the

Internet and follow the onscreen instructions.

 When you use Text Scanner for the very first time, you will be asked to allow

some actions. Tap ALLOW when asked.

Using the Text Scanner

Text Scanner is a text and barcode recognition tool. It can detect text and

barcodes from images captured by the rear camera.

NOTE: Most common 1D and 2D symbologies are supported.

To input text using this tool:

1. Place the insertion point (or called cursor) where you want the data to be

entered.

2. If you are not in the GetacIME keyboard, tap to switch to it.

3. Tap . The scan window appears.
