Archive faxes in this
format
By default, GFI FaxMaker archives faxes in .fax format. To archive in a different format (for
example PDF) enable and select the format.

GFI FaxMaker can archive all faxes and SMS to a Microsoft

Access or a Microsoft

SQL/MSDE
database.
1. From GFI FaxMaker Configuration, right-click Archiving node and select Properties.

2. In the Archive to Database tab, select Enable database archiving.
