Option Description
Save fax and send transmission report
with link to fax
A transmission report is emailed to the list of users, containing a link of the
fax stored on a network share.
For more information, refer to Store incoming faxes to a network share (page
86).
2. If enabling transmission reports, click Add to specify the list of users to whom to send the
transmission report.
3. Click Apply.
Modifying the route name/number
To change a CSID, DID/DTMF or OCR route name or number:
1. From the routing rule properties dialog, select the Options tab.
2. Change the name or number of the routing rule.
3. Click Apply.
Excluding route from archiving
You can exclude faxes received on a particular route from archival.
1. From the routing rule properties dialog, select the Options tab.
2. Select Exclude this number/phrase/line from all archiving options.
3. Click Apply.
Auto-print incoming faxes
Faxes received on particular routing rules can be automatically printed on receipt.
