Sending a fax using the send command
Microsoft Office applications include a Send command, enabl
ing you
to send a document via email. You can use
the
same command to
send a document via fax.
1. Crea
te your document and select
Send
To
Mail Recipient (As
Attachment)

from the menu
bar
.

Microsoft Outlook Message form’.
Sending an SMS from Microsoft Outlook
You can send an SMS directly from Microsoft Outlook using the ‘One
off’ addressing format. It is not possible to select the recipient from the
Outlook contacts list. To do this you nee
d to use the FAXmaker SMS
Message form.
To send an SMS from Microsoft Outlook:
1.
From Microsoft
Outlook c
reate a new mail message and
key in
the
text to SMS.
NOTE 1:
An SMS message can contain a maximum of 160 characters
–
if you enter more text the tex
t will be truncated on multiple SMS
messages.
NOTE 2
:
Remove
any
email signature
.

mail signature

are part of
the text and
will be
included with your SMS message.

Key in the
recipient of the SMS message in the To:
field, using
the
[sms: <number>] form
at, for example [sms: 99785623]
.
