Creating a new Address Book
2. In the 'New Address Book' dialog box, under the 'File Name' field,
type a file name. To create a shared Address Book, select
Global

ecords you want to export. When you want to select

ecord, hold down the 'Shift' key whilst clicking on the

ecords with the mouse.
