Domain
Disclaimer
Choose the domain from the list of configured domains. All emails sent from that domain will have the
disclaimer added.
UserDisclaimer Specify a user or group of users, to whom the disclaimer is added for outbound emails. If GFI
MailEssentials is in Active Directory mode, pick users or groups of users directly from ActiveDirectory;
else specify the SMTP email address of the user.

4. In the General tab, key in Disclaimer Name, click Select to change the domain or user. Select
Top or Bottom option to configure if disclaimer should be located at the top or bottom of the
email.
