3. To create a Personal Whitelist, select Personal Whitelist tab; for personal blocklists, select
Personal Blocklist tab.
4. Key in the email address to whitelist/block and click Add Email. To update an existing entry,
select the email address, perform any required changes and click Update. To delete an exiting
entry, select an entry and click Delete.
NOTE
You can also export and import lists. Click Export to export the current list of
Whitelisted or Blocklisted emails. To import previously exported lists, click Choose File,
select the exported file list and click Import.
5.2 Quarantine Search
The Quarantine Store is accessible from the GFI MailEssentials interface and allows management of
quarantined emails. When logged in as a user, GFI MailEssentials provides the facility of searching and
viewing through quarantined emails for the currently logged on user. Users can then approve or
delete emails in quarantine.
