GhostBed Inc (hereinafter referred to as “GhostBed”) warrants to the
end user (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”) during the term of this
Limited Warranty, GhostBed will, repair or replace any GhostBed
Adjustable Power Base from the original owner should it be defective
due to faulty workmanship or structural defects, at GhostBed’s option
and subject to the limitations and conditions described in this warranty
This Limited Warranty begins on the “warranty commencement date”
which is the date of purchase for a new unused Adjustable Power Base.
If original proof of purchase is not provided by Purchaser, GhostBed
reserves the right to determine if the Adjustable Power Base is covered
by this Limited Warranty and or to use the manufacturing date as the
warranty commencement date. This Limited Warranty extends only
to the original Purchaser and may not be transferred. This warranty is
subject to revision and change.
FULL YEAR ONE WARRANTY (Parts, Labor, & Freight):
YEAR ONE FULL WARRANTY For the rst year from the Warranty Com-
mencement Date, The GhostBed Adjustable Power Base is warranted
against non-excluded defects in GhostBed’s workmanship or materials.
During the rst year from the Warranty Commencement Date, Ghost-
Bed will repair or replace (at no cost to purchaser) any defective Adjust-
able Power Base part, and GhostBed will pay all Parts, authorized labor
and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of
any parts found to be defective.
LIMITED YEAR TWO WARRANTY (Parts)
During the second year from the Warranty Commencement Date, Ghost-
Bed will replace any Adjustable Power Base part found to be defective.
This limited second year warranty shall be eective only if the defective
part is returned to GhostBed within ten (10) days of purchaser’s RMA
receipt of the replacement part. Purchaser shall pay all service and trans-
portation costs related to the replacement of the defective part.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
(Steel Frame and Mechanical Base Parts)
Upon notice and from the warranty commencement date through the
product lifetime, GhostBed will replace, (upon terms and conditions set
forth in this paragraph), the steel and mechanical base parts found to
be defective and not excluded by this warranty. This warranty does not
cover any electronics, electrical components, drive motors or massage
motors. Purchaser is responsible to pay all service and transportation
costs related to receiving and installation of the new part. This limited
lifetime warranty shall be eective only if the defective part is returned
to GhostBed within ten (10) days of purchaser’s RMA receipt of the
replacement part. In years two through lifetime, purchaser shall pay
all service and transportation costs related to the replacement of the
defective part. GhostBed warrants the GhostBed Adjustable Power Base
to the original purchaser, and is subject to the terms and conditions set
forth herein. This warranty begins on the “warranty commencement
date” which is the date of purchase for the new unused Adjustable
Power Base.
NOTE: An Extended Warranty is available for purchase to cover all
costs (Parts, Labor, and Freight) covering years 2, 3 and 4; please visit

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This warranty requires notice be given to GhostBed for any claim for
repairs or replacement parts. Additionally, the original purchaser must
register their Adjustable Power Base within 30 days of receipt of product
at www.ghostbed.com/warranty

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not apply; (a) to any damage caused
by purchaser; (b) if there has been any repair or replacement of adjust-
able base parts by an unauthorized person; (c) if the adjustable base
has been mishandled (whether in transit or by other means), subjected
to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any
manner inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures
outlined in the Owner’s Manual and this warranty; (d) to damage to
mattresses, fabric, cables, electrical cords or items supplied by others
(contact those parties for warranty information on these items); (e) if
there has been any modication of the adjustable base without prior
written consent by GhostBed; or (f) to costs for unnecessary service
calls, including costs for in-home service calls solely for the purpose of
educating you about the adjustable base or nding a satisfactory power
connection. This warranty will be void if either the recommended
weight restriction is not followed (refer to the advisory section of the
Owner’s Manual) or if you sell or give or transfer the base to another
person. Any repairs to or replacement of the Adjustable Power Base
or its components under the terms of this limited warranty does not
extend the applicable warranty time from the Warranty Commence-
ment Date. The decision to repair or replace defective parts under this
warranty shall be made, or cause to be made, by GhostBed at its sole
discretion and option.
Repair or replacement shall be the sole remedy of the Purchaser. There
shall be no liability on the part of GhostBed for any special, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages or for any other damage, claim,
or loss not expressly covered by the terms of this warranty. This limited
warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, remov-
al, installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or
expenses. GhostBed and its service technicians will not be responsible
for moving furniture or any other items not attached to the Adjustable
Power Base to perform service on the Adjustable Power Base. It is the
sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide adequate space and
accessibility to the Adjustable Power Base. If the technician is unable to
perform service due to lack of accessibility, the service call will be billed
to you and the service will be rescheduled.
GhostBed makes no other warranty whatsoever, express or implied, and
all implied warranties of merchantability and tness for a purpose are dis-
claimed by GhostBed and excluded from this agreement. Some American
States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequen-
tial damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty provides the original purchaser specic rights, one
may enjoy additional rights based upon one’s domicile state.
