7. If attaching to a Headboard – see instructions accompanying Headboard Brackets

1. Unfold the side vertical outside supports (A) placing

them approx. 4 feet apart with the hinges facing inward.

Unfold and place the center middle vertical support (B)

in between the 2 supports.

Unfold and place the Horizontal Support (C) at the head

and foot with the hinges facing outward.

2. Align the side vertical support corners with

the horizonal support corners and attached

with 1 screw and nut at the top and 1 at the

bottom by the leg plate. Attached the middle

support with the longest screw thru the hinge

section. Use the enclosed wrenches to tighten.

3. Place the Bundled slat sections (D) in

the middle on each side snapping each

slat end into the plastic seat.

4. Place each of the 16 slats (E) into each of

the seats, snapping each end in place.

5. Unfold and unzip the cover, then place

over the foundation. With an assistant tip

the foundation on its side to zip the cover

closed.

6. If using the legs, screw each leg into the

frame thru the slit in the cover. Make sure to

hand tighten each leg completely.

Thru the unfolded hinge, insert and tighten 1 Screw and nut
