LIMITED WARRANTY SUMMARY
Adjustable Repair Collar
Gibraltar Building Products warrants to all original purchasers that Gibraltar Building Products supplied adjustable roof
flashings shall be of good quality and free from defects in material and workmanship. Adjustable Repair Collars, identified
by SKUs on this page, are covered under this warranty for the life of the current roof system on which they are installed. If
any of these Gibraltar Building Products Adjustable Repair Collars becomes defective, or fails to conform to this written
limited warranty under normal use, and if the original purchaser complies with the terms of this limited warranty, then
Gibraltar Building Products will, without charge, replace the nonconforming product.
This limited warranty shall extend to all Adjustable Repair Collars, identified by SKUs on this page. However, this limited
warranty shall not extend to, nor shall Gibraltar Building Products be responsible for, damages or loss resulting from
accident, misuse, negligent use, improper application, or incorporation of Gibraltar products into other products. In
addition, any repackaging of Gibraltar Building Products Adjustable Repair Collars also shall void the limited warranty
provided herein.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF. GIBRALTAR SHALL NOT UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY
BREACH OF WARRANTY. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF GIBRALTAR HAS AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTA-
TIONS OR PROMISES EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN.
