LIMITED WARRANTY SUMMARY
Roof Flashings & Rain Collars
Gibraltar Building Products (“Gibraltar”), warrants to all original purchasers that Gibraltar products shall be of good quality
and free from defects in material and workmanship. Roof Flashings and Rain Collars are covered under this warranty for
the life of the current roof system on which they are installed. If the Gibraltar, model #81746 Electrical Mast Flashing,
product becomes defective, or fails to conform to this written limited warranty under normal use, and if the original
purchaser complies with the terms of this limited warranty, then Gibraltar will, without charge, replace the nonconforming
product.
This limited warranty shall not extend to, nor shall Gibraltar be responsible for, damages or loss resulting from accident,
misuse, negligent use, improper application, or incorporation of Gibraltar products into other products. In addition, any
repackaging of Gibraltar products also shall void the limited warranty provided herein.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF. GIBRALTAR SHALL NOT UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY
BREACH OF WARRANTY. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF GIBRALTAR HAS AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTA-
TIONS OR PROMISES EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN.
