INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
These basic installation guidelines are for use with typical or standard applications. It is always recommended to seek advice from a licensed
professional, and to check with your local building inspector or building permit office for approvals and possible variations that may apply.
Remove existing vent. Be sure to clean all of the old
mortar to leave a 16 in. x 8 in. opening.
Slide the bottom of the vent tabs into the slots then
apply mortar to the top and sides.
Position the vent so that it's plumb and pack mortar
into perimeter. Neatly clean away excess mortar.
Set a bed of mortar on the bottom of the vent opening.
Hint: Dry t the vent before mixing your mortar.
