Weather Guard Rainware Silicone Gutter Sealant has excellent resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone and
extreme temperatures. It may be applied in sub-zero weather without loss of extrusion or physical property characteristics.
When fully cured it can be used for extended periods at temperatures up to 400° F (204° C)
Directions
1. Clean and dry all surfaces
2. Cut nozzle to a desired size at a 45° angle
3. Break the foil in the nozzle and apply with a caulking gun, pushing the silicone in the direction of the nozzle
Note: If tooling is required, do so within 10 minutes. Remove excess with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel.
Application Temperature: 0° F (-17° C) to +140° F (60° C)
Cure Time: 24 hours (Relative Humidity 50%) Optimum strength is achieved in 7 days. Higher humidity accelerates cure.
Storage: When stored unopened, at or below 90° F (32° C), it has an expected shelf life of 12 months from date of shipment.
Caution: In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly for 15 minutes, seek immediate medical attention. Contact with
skin may also cause irritation, remove the sealant and rinse with water. Contact physician if needed. Acetic Acid released
during application and cure, overexposure may irritate eyes, skin and nose. Proper ventilation is required.
