The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in materials and
workmanship. Gibraltar Mailboxes warrants to the original consumer purchaser,
this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of 5 years from the purchase date by the original purchaser.
This limited warranty does not include minor cosmetic blemishes caused by
normal use, or environmental conditions, which may cause coating, fading,
chipping, or damage caused by others. Gibraltar Mailboxes shall not be liable
under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty does not cover any mailbox which has been altered or used for
purposes other than that for which it is intended, or in a manner inconsistent
with any instructions regarding its use or installation.
This warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of product or parts
found to be defective under normal use, as determined by Gibraltar Mailboxes.
Please retain the original receipt for proof of purchase and contact Gibraltar
Mailboxes’ customer service for warranty replacement inquiries.
This warranty does not cover the labor or any other cost of removal,
rreinstallation or replacement of, or as a consequence of, the defective mailbox
product. This warranty does not cover field expenses or the cost of any items
other than the defective mailbox product. Consequential damages to property
are excluded.
