Auto Lets the BIOS automatically congure this setting depending on the device being
installed. (Default)
X16 PCIEX16_1 operates at x16 and PCIEX8_1 becomes unavailable.
X8/X8 PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX8_1 operate at x8 respectively.
Secondary Dual Slot Cong (PCIEX16_2 and PCIEX8_2 slots)
Species the operating bandwidth for the PCIEX16_2 and PCIEX8_2 slots.
Auto Lets the BIOS automatically congure this setting depending on the device being
installed. (Default)
X16 PCIEX16_2 operates at x16 and PCIEX8_2 becomes unavailable.
X8/X8 PCIEX16_2 and PCIEX8_2 operate at x8 respectively.
PCIEX4_2 Slot Cong
Species the operating bandwidth for the PCIEX4_2 slot.
As X1 Link PCIEX4_2 operates at x1 mode. (Default)
As X4 Link PCIEX4_2 operates at x4 mode. Please note that due to bandwidth sharing, the
onboard IDE, GSATA2_6, and GSATA2_7 connectors will become unavailable.
Onboard GSATA controller (GIGABYTE SATA2 Chip, IDE and GSATA2_6/7 Connectors)
Enables or disables the IDE and SATA controllers integrated in the GIGABYTE SATA2 chip. (Default:
Enabled)
Onboard GSATA Mode (GIGABYTE SATA2 Chip, GSATA2_6/7 Connectors)
Enables or disables RAID for the SATA controller integrated in the GIGABYTE SATA2 chip or congures
the SATA controller to AHCI mode.
IDE Congures the SATA controller to IDE mode. (Default)
AHCI Congures the SATA controller to AHCI mode. Advanced Host Controller Interface
(AHCI) is an interface specication that allows the storage driver to enable advanced
Serial ATA features such as Native Command Queuing and hot plug.
RAID/IDE Enables RAID for the SATA controller; the IDE controller still operates in IDE mode.
