Making calls
Receiving incoming calls
You hear the ringer and the speaker key

flashes.
If the function key has been assigned a „shared line“ (

page 35), an incoming call is indi-
cated on all extensions by the flashing of the corresponding function keys. The call can be
answered on any extension by pressing the function key.
Deactivating the ringer

Press the display key to deactivate the ringer. You can then decide whether to
accept or reject the call.

The display shows the caller's number (where
calling line identification is permitted

page 40) and their name, if they are saved
in the directory. If a picture is assigned to the
caller, this will also appear.
The account that the call is received on is also
shown.

Lift the receiver. You can speak to the
caller.
Please note
When you receive a call, the phone first of all searches for a corresponding entry in the
local directory. If the number doesn't appear there, the other directories are searched (if
configured) (
