System settings
You can create the following settings in the System menu:
u Define the date and time or time server
u Security – Change passwords for user identification ( p. 36)
u Rebooting the system and restoring factory settings ( p. 36)
u Auto Provisioning – Start configuration setting via Auto Provisioning ( p. 36)
u Saving and restoring telephone data ( p. 37)
u Updating firmware – Perform and configure a firmware update ( p. 37)
u Screenshot – Enable screenshot capturing ( p. 38)
u System log – Configure and start system logging ( p. 38)
Date and time
On this screen you can specify a time server or enter the date and time manually.

Saving settings
¤ Click on Save to save the settings on this screen.
¤ Select Ye s for Automatic adjustment of
system time with time server.
¤ Enter the IP address of the required
server in the
Time server field.
The most recent synchronisation carried
out with the time server is shown.
¤ Select No for Automatic adjustment of
system time with time server.
¤ Enter the date and time:
Time format: ss:mm
Date format: dd.mm.yyyy
¤ Select your Time zone from the list.
¤ Activate the Automatically adjust clock
to summer time option if necessary.
