Protection from unwanted interruptions

“Do not disturb”
The “Do not disturb” function mutes the device. It does not ring or vibrate. It prevents for
example the phone ringing at night and during meetings, and all interruptions apart from a
wake-up call.
Enabling/disabling "Do not disturb"
 From the status bar, swipe down . . . The quick settings are displayed
Enabling:
 Tap Do Not Disturb . . . "Do not disturb" is enabled with the rules currently set; the
symbol turns coloured; is shown in the status bar
Disabling:
 Tap . . . all signals are enabled again; the symbol turns grey
or
 Settings Digital wellbeing & protection of minors Do Not Disturb Turn
on now/Turn off now
Specifying the rules for "Do not disturb"
 Touch and hold the / icon . . . the settings screen for Do Not Disturb is opened
or
 Settings Digital wellbeing & protection of minors Do Not Disturb . . . The
setting screen for Do Not Disturb is opened
Permitting calls
You can select whether and which calls are permitted when "Do not disturb" is enabled.
 Tap Calls Allow calls select the permitted calls (From anyone, From contacts only,
From starred contacts only, Don't allow any calls)
Editing the list of selected contacts
If you select From starred contacts only, you can edit the list of these contacts. Selected
contacts are the favourites in your contact list.
 Tap Calls Starred contacts . . . a list of your contacts with Favourite status is opened
Cancelling a selection:
 Tap the contact Tap . . . the contact is removed from the list
Adding marked contacts:
 Tap Add marked contacts Select a contact
Permitting repeated calls
So as not to miss important calls, you can permit repeated calls within 15 minutes.
 Tap Calls Use the switch to enable Allow repeat callers
