Setting the date and time
Set the date and time so that the alarm and the calendar can be used.

¤ Press the key below §Time§ on the dis-
play screen to open the input field.
(If you have already entered the date
and time, open the input field using
the menu (
¢ page 24))
The submenu Date/Time is shown on the
display.
¤ The active input position flashes.
Using the keypad, enter the month,
day, and year using 8 characters
(e.g., Q4
2QQO
for 10/14/2009).

¤ Press the right or left Control
key to change the input posi-
tion and correct an entry.
¤
¤ Enter the hours and minutes as
four-digit numbers using the keypad
(e.g., QM5
for 07:15 am).
Press the Display key am/pm to
change the am/pm setting. The
default setting is am.
Change the input position with
the Control key, if necessary.
¤ Press down on the Control key to switch
to the time input field.
