As of this writing, the modes available on the BR-SmartMedia are:
1) MultiShow mode: Allows up to eight independent se-
quencers to play at the same time.
2) MIDI: Sends MIDI key on and key off commands
3) Intelix: Sends strings to control Intelix brand matrix mixers
4) Rexroth quick write: Supports serial control of Mannesmann
Rexroth DCC Servo cards
5) Orpan (LSB first): One of two modes to support serial control
of Orpan motion bases
6) Orpan (MSB first): One of two modes to support serial control
of Orpan motion bases
7) Moog 2000 / DOF mode: One of four modes to support seri-
al control of Moog electric motion bases
8) Moog 2000 / length mode: One of four modes to support
serial control of Moog electric motion bases
9) Moog 5000 / DOF mode: One of four modes to support seri-
al control of Moog electric motion bases
10) Moog 5000 / length mode: One of four modes to support
serial control of Moog electric motion bases
11) DMX-512 Recorder mode: This is a mode which is used to
sample incoming DMX-512 data, and record it to an
AutoDownload file on the SmartMedia Flash Card. This
AutoDownload file can then be used to play shows in any of
the above modes. This is also where you will find the com-
mand to reformat your SmartMedia Flash Card, should this
become necessary.
