GPW-215_215C_227 Maintenance Instruction

■

Take out Grip (2) in counter-clockwise direction.

■

Fix Stop Spanner (56) at Gear Shaft. Then posit Disc

Spanner (57) on Disc Nut (21). Release Disc Nut by

turning Disc Spanner in counter-clockwise direction, take

out Disc Nut and Pad.

■

Take Retainer Ring (8) out with pliers (as fig. F) in order

to disassemble/replace Gear Set

■

Take out Pinion Gear (22) and fix Rotor, then Loosen

Governor Assy. in clockwise direction with 12mm open

spanner.

■ CYLINDER DISASSEMBLING

Fix Cylinder Assy. in Cylinder Disassembling Base

(832T01). Use Rotor Disassembling Shaft (218051-2) to

release Rotor in order to replace Blades (29)

■FRONT PLATE SET DISASSEMBLING

1. Place Front Set in Disassembling Base (832T06).

2. Tighten Locking Screw (A) in clockwise direction with

6mm Hex. Spanner; Tighten Screws (B) in with 4mm

Hex. Spanner. Then Front Plate Set can be separated.

3. Unscrew the Locking Screw (A) in counter-clockwise in

order to take out Ball Bearing (23)

4. Use oilstone to polish the scars cause by the above steps.

■FRONT/REAR PLATE SET DISASSEMBLING ■CYLINDER ASSEMBLING 1. Place Rear Plate Set in groove of Bearing Disassembling Base (832T05), tap out Ball Bearing (24) withφ8.2mm Shaft (832T04). 1. Place Rear Plate Set into the fillister of Rear Plate Base (832T03). Press Rotor (28) into Rear Plate Set. Then place 4 blades (29) into the groove of Rotor (28). 2. Place Front Plate Set in groove of Bearing Disassembling 2. Level Spring Pin (27) at the Fixed Orifice of Rear Plate.
