ELECTROTEMP TECHNOLOGIES INC.,(hereinafter referred to as “ETI”) hereby warrants, subject to the conditions herein below set forth in paragraphs numbered “1” through
“6”, that should this product become defective by reason of improper workmanship or material during the specified warranty period, ETI will repair the same effecting all
necessary parts replacements, without charge for either parts or labour.
A) THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS AS FOLLOWS
1. HERMETICALLY SEALED REFRIGERATION SYSETM INCLUDING COMPRESSOR: PARTS AND LABOR ARE WARRANTED FOR 1 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE
ORIGINAL SALE TO THE END USER, OR 1 AND A HALF YEARS AFTER DATE OF SHIPMENT FROM OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTERS, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
2. THE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IF THE CONDENSER SEAL IS NOT BROKEN.
3. ANY PARTS THAT BREAK UNDER NORMAL USE DUE TO A DEFECT IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP ARE WARRANTED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED IN 1
YEAR FROM DATE OF THE ORIGINAL SALE TO THE END USER, OR 1 AND A HALF YEARS AFTER THE DATE OF SHIPMENT FROM OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTERS,
WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
B) CONDITIONS
1. Registration: The attached Registration Card must be mailed to ETI within the(10) days after the date of original purchase. At the same time, information as requested on the
customer portion of the warranty card should be entered for future reference.
2. Proper use: This warranty does not extend to any cooler that has been damaged or rendered defective(a) as a result of use of the cooler other than for its normal intended
use, (b) failure to use the cooler in accordance with the User’s Manual which accompanies the cooler, subject to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence to the cooler; (c)
Abnormal physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, lightening, fire or acts of God.
3. Unauthorized Repair, Abuse, Tec.: The unit must not have been previously altered, modified, repaired or serviced by anyone other than the service facilities authorized by
ETI to render such services. The serial number on the unit must not have been altered or removed. The unit must not ben used for commercial purposes, or used as a rental
unit at any time prior to or after the original purchase at retail. Should this unit be used for commercial purposes, or rental, ETI standard commercial warranty will apply. The
opinion of ETI with respect to this matter shall be final.
4. Proper Delivery: The unit must be shipped, freight prepaid, or delivered to one of the nearest ETI Service facilities in Canada in either its original package or a similar
package affording an equal degree of protection and with instructions indicating a location within Canada to which the unit must be returned. The repaired unit will be returned to
the customer freight collect.
5. Proof of Date of Purchase: This warranty applies to the product from the original date of purchase at retail. Therefore, the owner must furnish proof of original purchase at
retail.
6. This warranty does not extend to broken or damaged cabinets, drip trays, and to parts wearing out due to normal wear and tear, This warranty does not cover regular product
maintenance such as cleaning. This warranty is valid only in Canada and USA.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY TO THIS UNIT; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BTI BE LIABLE FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH SAID UNIT AND ETI EITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR OTHER
PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY OTHER THAN SUCH AS IS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEAREIN.
C) OBTAINING DEPOT WARRNTY SERVICE
If you purchased a cooler in the United States or Canada, you are entitled to depot repair service during the warranty period subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Depot repair service is available for coolers purchased and located in Canada.
2. You must contact a ETI Authorized Service Provider or the ETI Customer Service Center at 855-700-PURE(855-700-7873)
3. ETI or a ETI Authorized Service Provider will attempt to resolve warranty issues over the phone. If telephone resolution is not possible, ETI or a ETI Authorized Service
Provider will require your assistance in performing routine diagnostic procedures. ETI or a ETI Authorized Service Provider will then issue you a Return Materials Authorization
(RMA) Number to be used as a means of identifying the cooler returned.
4. You must return the cooler to ETI or to a ETI Authorized Service Provider. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other
charges associated with transportation of the cooler, if applicable, In addition, you are responsible for insuring any cooler shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss
during shipment.
5. Use the original shipping and packing materials and include a description of the cooler symptom. The Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number must be placed on the
exterior shipping container. All coolers must be packed in dry without the water inside. The drain plug location is described in the User’s Manual.
6. You must provide ETI or the ETI Authorized Service Provider with proof of the place and date of purchase.

obtain warranty service or the location of the nearest ETI Authorized Service Provider by writing or calling:

under ETI”s then-current standard support terms and fees, a copy of which will be available upon request.
