Troubleshooting

Clean periodically with a soft cloth.

This faucet is designed for years of trouble-free performance. Keep it looking new by doing the following:

Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will dull the nish and void your warranty.

Problem Possible Cause Solution

There are leaks underneath the

handle.

The cartridge is loose. The

O-ring on the cartridge stem is

damaged.

Tighten the cartridge. Replace the

cartridge.

The water ow is low. There is debris in the spout

passageways.

Clean or replace the spout.
