Install the drain

Checking the faucet and drain for
leaks
□ Apply a small amount of plumber’s putty (not included) in the
notch around the drain hole of the sink (A).
□ Insert the body (5) through the drain hole.
□ From the underside, slide the washer (7) and gasket (8) over
the body (6).
□ Thread the locknut (9) onto the body (6) and hand tighten.
□ Insert the plastic flanged washer (10) into the tail pipe (11)
(not included) and into the connecting nut (12).
□ Thread the connecting nut (12) onto the body (6) and tighten.
Important: After installation is completed, remove the aerator
(C).
□ Turn on the water supply and allow both hot and cold water to
run for at least one minute each.
□ While the water is running, check the faucet (B) and the drain
(C) for leaks.
□ Replace the aerator (C).
