4. FIRST AID MEASURES
Eye contact
Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15
minutes. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.
Skin contact
Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use. Wash off immediately with
plenty of water. If skin irritation persists, call a physician.
Ingestion
Rinse mouth. Give up to one tumbler (half-pint) of milk or water. Consult a physician.
Inhalation
Move to fresh air. Consult a physician if necessary.

Foam, Carbon dioxide (CO2), or, dry chemical.

As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand, NIOSH
(approved or equivalent) and full protective gear

Personal precautions
Remove all sources of ignition. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Environmental precautions
Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so
Methods for cleaning up
Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal
binder, sawdust). Keep in suitable and closed containers for disposal.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid prolonged inhalation of vapors. Handle in
accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.
Storage
Store in tightly closed and upright containers in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Store
away from light, heat, and sources of ignition.
