INDUCTION
The new induction cooktop from Glem features a boost
zone for each cooking zone giving almost instant heat
up. Induction is an exciting and rewarding method of
cooking. Fast heating, highly efficient and excellent
temperature control gives the cook full command over
the cooking process.
Induction cooktops use magnetic energy as opposed
to conventional infra red heat, to heat the vessel. As the
only heat transfer is directly to the bottom of the pan
there is significantly less energy wasted.
The 4 Booster zones takes the cooking zone to
maximum power in seconds, this speeds up heating
and dramatically reduces the cooking time.
