If the microphone inlets are clogged, gently brush across the
microphone inlets with the brush
NOTE: Do not use the wire loop to clean the microphone inlets. If the microphone inlets are
clogged, ask your hearing care professional to help you clean them.
NOTE: The wire loop is only intended for earmoulds.
How to clean a metal hook
1. Remove the earmould and tubing from the metal hook
2. Use a damp cloth to wipe the metal hook clean
