INSTALLATION OVERVIEW

Extendable track

Although it’s not required, the installation will be easier and quicker if it’s

done by two people. Make sure the fabric curtain and the hooks you have

work with the track carriers.

Curtain motor

This step consists of installing the motor on the track and connecting it

to its power source. You can install the motor on either side of the track.

Handheld remote control

Take your time to read the step-by-step on the motor instructions. Make sure

to pair your motors with the handheld remote control before proceeding.

Smart Controller setup for houses with Smart Controller

Follow the in-app instructions to add a Smart Controller (Menu>Controllers).

Curtain automation via the Neo Smart Blinds app

Once all your curtains are paired, you can create schedules (Menu>Your

Rooms>Room>Schedules>Add Schedule) and scenes (Menu>Scenes>Add Scene).

Curtain motor pairing to the app

The in-app guided instructions to add your curtains are user friendly and

contain troubleshooting. If necessary, you can consult the online docu-

mentation at neosmartblinds.com or contact the technical support team

(Menu>Tech. Support).

App download and account creation

The app is available to iOS and Android devices on the App Store and Google Play.

Plug-in motor & Battery motor with at least one Smart Controller in the house

Download the Neo Smart Blinds app. When creating a new account, please choose

the setup code provided on the motor or on the Smart Controller instructions.

Battery motor for houses without Smart Controller

Download the Neo Smart Blinds Blue app. Account creation is not necessary.

With this option, you’ll only be able to control your curtains when near them.

Third-party integration is not available.

Third-party integration via the Neo Smart Blinds app

The Neo Smart Blinds app is compatible with Google Assistant, Alexa and Siri

Shortcuts. Other third-party systems such as Control4 and Savant are also

compatible. For the full list of compatible home automation systems and

instructions about integrating your curtains to these systems, please consult
