If you're having trouble connecting to GoBone, please try the following:
1. Ensure Location is enabled in System Settings
2. Restart Bluetooth on your phone
3. Power cycle your phone (turn it off and back on).
4. Delete the GoBone App and reinstall it. Then power cycle your phone.
5. Make sure your phone is up to date with the latest Android software.
6. Try to connect your phone to a different third device (Bluetooth speaker, etc.) to check if your
phone’s Bluetooth is working properly
7. Make sure no other devices are connected to your phone (Fitbit, Bluetooth speakers, etc.)
and try reconnecting
8. Try using a different phone to connect to GoBone
Connection Instructions
Once you have installed and opened the GoBone App, follow these steps to connect to your
GoBone:
1. Wait until GoBone’s LED is off
2. Wake GoBone by double tapping it
3. Launch the GoBone App
Software Updates
The GoBone App automatically checks for GoBone software updates every time it connects to
GoBone. These updates are necessary to add new features and improve GoBone’s
functionality. Software updates are free.

Playing with GoBone
Turning GoBone On
Double tap GoBone in the center of the shell to wake. Once awake, the LED indicator will pulse
blue while GoBone is waiting to connect to the GoBone App.
