8. Limited Warranty
TheSELLERwarrantsthePRO-CaptureHDUSB 3.0 Full HD Video Capture Devicetobefreefromdefectsinthe
materialandworkmanshipfor1yearfromthedateofpurchasefromtheSELLERoranauthorizeddealer.Should
thisproductfailtobeingoodworkingorderwithin1yearwarrantyperiod,TheSELLER,atitsoption,repairor
replacetheunit,providedthattheunithasnotbeensubjectedtoaccident,disaster,abuseoranyunauthorized
modicationsincludingstaticdischargeandpowersurges.
Unitthatfailsunderconditionsotherthanthosecoveredwillberepairedatthecurrentpriceofpartsandlaborin
eectatthetimeofrepair.Suchrepairsarewarrantedfor90daysfromthedayofreshipmenttotheBUYER.Ifthe
unitisdeliveredbymail,customersagreetoinsuretheunitorassumetheriskoflossordamageintransit.Under
nocircumstanceswillaunitbeacceptedwithoutareturnauthorizationnumber.
Thewarrantyisinlieuofallotherwarrantiesexpressedorimplied,includingwithoutlimitations,anyotherim-
pliedwarrantyortnessormerchantabilityforanyparticularpurpose,allofwhichareexpresslydisclaimed.
Proofofsalemayberequiredinordertoclaimwarranty.CustomersoutsideTaiwanareresponsibleforshipping
chargestoandfromtheSELLER.Cablesarelimitedtoa30daywarrantyandcablemustbefreefromanymarkings,
scratches,andneatlycoiled.
Thecontentofthismanualhasbeencarefullycheckedandisbelievedtobeaccurate.However,TheSELLERassu-
mesnoresponsibilityforanyinaccuraciesthatmaybecontainedinthismanual.TheSELLERwillNOTbeliablefor
direct,indirect,incidental,special,orconsequentialdamagesresultingfromanydefectoromissioninthismanual,
