eComfort installation Powered by Motili is intended to provide homeowners and other residential
property owners a convenient, worry-free method for purchasing and replacing their HVAC equipment.
The HVAC Installation packages are offered exclusively for add-on or replacement jobs with existing
ductwork. Any jobs requiring the installation of new ductwork and installations in new construction are
not eligible.
Materials and Services Included with an Installation Package
The scope of the installation will vary depending on the equipment being installed. The table below
details what is included for each type of equipment. If multiple items are being installed, the materials
and services for each piece of equipment are included. Where the materials and/or services overlap,
only the necessary quantity will be provided. The actual materials and services provided may be
adjusted for job site conditions.
