The following items are NOT included in the scope of installation:
 Load Calculation
 Changes to grading or landscaping
 Roof repairs or modifications
 Carpentry work including, but not limited to, changing structure and drywall work
 Painting
 Electrical work between the electrical meter and equipment disconnect
 Running or replacing of gas lines

All eComfort Installation Powered by Motili equipment replacements carry a 1-year workmanship
warranty.

The Site Inspection is a critical step of the installation process. The technician will review the equipment on order
and assess the system and installation site to verify combability of the equipment purchased and identify any
issues that will need to be addressed prior to or as an addition to the installation.

Only Gas/Electric and Dual-Fuel packaged units will require a gas connection

This includes the whip, disconnect, and safety switch. Any electrical work beyond the disconnect box is outside of
the scope of installation

The condenser pad will comply with local codes, including hurricane requirements where applicable

A heat kit will not be provided with Gas/Electric or Dual-Fuel Packaged Units
