General Note:
1. Per KDB 941225 D01v03r01, SAR for head exposure is measured in RC3 with the handset configured to transmit at
full rate in SO55.
2. Per KDB 941225 D01v03r01, in Hotspot mode EUT is treated as data device and SAR is tested with Ev-Do Rev 0
(RTAP 153.6kbps) as the primary mode.
3. Per KDB 941225 D01v03r01, for Body-worn accessory SAR is measured in RC3 with the handset configured in
TDSO/SO32 to transmit at full rate on FCH only with all other code channels disabled. The body-worn accessory
procedures in KDB Publication 447498 are applied. The 3G SAR test reduction procedure is applied to the multiple
code channel configuration (FCH+SCH), with FCH only as the primary mode.
