standards if you’re using a GoPro helmet mount or strap.
Choose the right helmet for your sport or activity, and
make sure that it’s the right size and t for you. Check to
see that your helmet’s in good condition, and always follow
themanufacturer’s instructions on safe use.
Replace any helmet that’s had a major impact. No helmet
canprotect against injury in every accident. Be safe.
USING YOUR GOPRO IN + AROUND WATER
HERO7 White is waterproof to 10m with the door closed. You won’t need
an additional housing before diving in.
Heads Up: The Frame does not provide additional waterproof protection.
PRO TIP: Use a camera tether and a Floaty (sold separately) to keep your
camera aoat in case it detaches from the mount. For more information,

Mounting Your GoPro
