If you are not satisfied with the performance of this CleanStream® filter, return your filter

with original proof of purchase for replacement or refund of purchase price to: W. L.

Gore & Associates, Inc., 201 Airport Road, Elkton, MD 21921 Attn: Consumer Returns

Department.

This limited warranty is for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase

and is offered by the manufacturer, W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. and not by the retailer

from where the filter was purchased. Filters which have been modified, misused,

damaged by abnormal use, or used for non-household purposes are not covered.

W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. disclaims liability for consequential and incidental

damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty, including warranty of

merchantability, with respect to this filter, and limits the duration of any implied warranty,

including the implied warranty of merchantability, to one year from the date of original

purchase. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential

damages, or how long and implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not

apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other

rights which vary from state to state.
