CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF OVEN AND ACCESSORIES
To facilitate the cooking chamber cleaning operations, it is advisable to use the automatic process. To improve the
procedure use the decalcification agent for lime removal, attached to the oven. The agent is made on the basis of
CITRIC ACID MONOHYDRATE, which may be bought in a pharmacy.
Then it is advised to disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply.
Use a damp sponge to remove any residues from the chamber walls after each use.
Do not use steam cleaners to clean the oven.
Do not use coarse abrasive material such as scourers, metal scrapers or steel wool to clean the glass of the oven
door in order to avoid scratches that may cause the glass to shatter.
DO NOT WASH THE FOOD PROBE IN THE DISHWASHER.
The grill, pitcher and drip pan can be washed in the dishwasher.
Empty the water pitcher after each use for hygiene reasons.
After cooking, and when the oven has cooled sufficiently, use a soft cloth to dry any liquid remaining on the bottom of
the cooking chamber.
