HIGH FREQUENCY PROBE Z3431-2 High Frequency Probe
Z3431-2 High Frequency Probe:
100 kHz - 750MHz, 0.25 ... 50 V AC.
In combination with a multimeter, the Z3431-2
high frequency probe allows for measurement of
alternating voltages with amplitudes of 0.25 to 50V
within a frequency range of 100kHz to 750MHz.
The probe rectifies alternating voltages at a ratio of
1:1. The measuring instrument must have an input
impedance of 10M:.
