rAtEset the sampling rate
The sampling rate specifies the time interval after which the
respective measured value is transmitted to the interface, or to
measured value memory.
Any one of the following sampling rates can be selected:
[mm:ss.t] 00:00.1, 00:00.2, 00:00.5, 00:01.0, 00:02.0, 00:05.0
[h:mm:ss.z] (h=hours, m=minutes, s=seconds
