You will be asked to verify your mobile phone number via SMS. The app will walk you through the rest of the steps. Tip: If you already have an existing Mojio account, please use your existing credentials to log in. Insert The Micro-SIM Card Use the included tool to eject the tray for theSIM from the the SyncUP DRIVE™ device. Position the micro-SIM card in the tray so that itsits flush and insert the tray.
STEP Scan The IMEI Barcode Your SyncUP DRIVE™ device has a unique15 digit code called the IMEI. The code is shown as a barcode on a sticker on the device. You will find the IMEI on the sticker on your device .

Tip: Do not plug the device into your car until prompted by the Motion app. STEP 5 Locate Your OBD Port The OBD (On Board Diagnostics) port is usually located underneath the driver’s side dashboard, often within 18 inches of the steering wheel. If you are having trouble locating your car’s OBDport, the Motion app can help you find it.
Tip: Press the flashlight icon in the Motion app to turn on your smartphone’s flashlight when searching for your OBD port. STEP 6 Install Your Device Now that you’ve found your OBD port, you are ready to install the device. Align your device with the port and firmly plug the device in. It should fit snugly. Tip: To ensure a snug connection, be sure to properly align the device with your OBD port before plugging it in.
STEP 7 Go For A Drive The device needs to establish its cellular connection and generate a GPS lock. Go for a 10 minute drive to finish setting up your device. Motion will notify you once a successful connection is established. Distracted driving is never OK. Do not use your phone while driving.
