IMPELLER (101)
1. Inspect wear ring surface for signs of pitting.
2. Inspect front and back wear ring clearance per
wear ring clearance Table 9.
3. Inspect leading and trailing edges of vanes for
pitting, and erosion or corrosion damage.
4. Check impeller bore and keyway. Bore should
measure .7490 to .7505 in. (19.025 to 19.063 mm).
If oversize, replace impeller.
5. Check impeller balance per Table 10. Values are
based on ISO - 1940/1 grade 2.5 at 3000 RPM.
