Slice the mango in half and remove the pit–you
can keep the peel on. Run through the juicer.
Peel the banana and run it through the juicer.
Run the pineapple chunks through the juicer.
Pour the juice into serving glasses and stir in the
coconut milk. Add ice if desired.

1 CUP PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
½ CUP UNSWEETENED COCONUT MILK
