LIMITED WARRANTY
(ONBE) 1-YEAR LIMITED
WHAT IS COVERED
The manufacturer warrants the fixture (from the date of purchase) to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for one year. This warranty
applies to the original purchaser and first consumer, and only to the product
in normal use and used in service. 0n the premise of ensuring that the
product is not damaged or mishandled due to misuse,abuse,accidents,
modifications, if defects are found in this product, it is at the manufacturer「s
discretion to repair or replace the product.
@ This warranty does not apply to any product found to have been
improperty installed, set up, or used in any manner that does not follow
the instructions provided with the product.
@“This warranty does not apply to product failures caused by accident,
misuse,abuse,alteration, incorrect installation or any failure unrelated to
defects in materials or workmanship,.
@ This warranty does not apptly to the finish of any part of the product, such
as the surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and
tear.
@ This warranty does not apply to breakage due to external influences such
as scuffing and/or abrasion during shipping.
WHAT IS N0T COVERED
The manufacturer does not warrant and expressly disclaims any expresS or
implied warranties for a specific purpose,except for the warranties
contained herein.
The manufacturer specifically disclaims any responsibility and shall not be
liable for any indirect or incidental toss or damage, incLluding but not Limited
to any labor/expenses involved in replacing or repairing said product.
