o KEF 제품을 비정상적이거나 부적절한 전압 또는 전원 surge에서 사용한 경우 o 사용자 설명서에 규정된 지침에 따라서 사용, 작동하거나 유지하는 것을 불이행한 경우 o 극심한 온도, 열, 물 또는 기타 액체, 곤충, 과도한 습기, 모래, 화학 물질, 배터리 누손이나 다른 오염 물질에 노출된 경우 o 화재, 번개, 태풍, 폭풍, 지진, 허리케인, 자연 재해, 지진 해일, 홍수, 전쟁, 폭동, 공공 소동을 포함한 모든 불가항력 사건으로 인한 경우 o KEF와 공식 대리점의 합리적인 통제를 벗어남으로 발생하는 모든 원인에 의한 경우 (E) 법적 책임 9.
