Mondo Alto User Guide
Introduction
Power/Standby Button
Press to turn On/Standby.
Home Button
Press to toggle between the Home
Menu / Now Playing screen.
Tune Knob (Multifunction)
Turning the knob in a menu or user input screen scrolls
through and highlights menus and choices; pressing
the knob in a menu or user input screen selects the
highlighted item.
Context Sensitive Buttons
These buttons change their functions
according to the context. Press to select
the function shown on the display screen
just above the button.
Display Screen
Back Button
Press to return to the previously displayed screen.
EQ Button
Press to modify the equalization of the Mondo
Alto (EQ) to adjust for room acoustics and
your listening preferences. You can optimize
your audio profile using the integrated 5 band
equalizer, or you can select a Preset such as
Rock, Jazz, etc.
Action Panel Button / Now Playing
While on the Now Playing screen, press
Now Playing button to access / save
extra presets 1-100 and view additional
song information (when available).

Headphone Connection
Aux In and Line Out Jacks
Stereo / Mono Switch
Switch between Mono and
Stereo mode when connected to
an additional, external speaker.
Push / Release, Spring-
Loaded, Speaker Out Jacks
Connect to an additional,
external speaker.
Power Connection
USB Connection
To charge smartphones, to
play music from a USB thumb
drive or USB hard drive, or
for external, wired Ethernet
Adapter, sold separately.
Sleep / Snooze Button
During an alarm press to snooze the
alarm for 10 minutes or set snooze
time; at the Now Playing screen
press to set the sleep timer.
Volume / Mute Knob
Turn to adjust the volume; press down
to mute and un-mute audio.
Mondo Alto Controls
Presets Button
Press to access the 100 Preset menu, where
you can set the station you are currently
listening to or play a previously saved station.
