Repair Repair NOTE: Graco recommends using the Graco DSL/SVK Pumps with these lubricators. The following repair instructions are for lubricators using those pumps. If you use any other pump, these instructions may not apply exactly as written. Removing and Replacing Pump Pressure Relief Instructions 2. Drain reservoir. See Draining Reservoir instructions. Removal 1. Relieve Pressure. 3. Disconnect fluid lines (a) from pump (FIG. 2).

Repair top of reservoir, remove it. Discard gasket and use a new gasket for installation. 2. Install fasteners (9). Hand tighten securely (FIG. 6). 9 8 ti14185 ti14186 FIG. 6 FIG. 4 3. Make sure reservoir drain plug (17) is installed. Fill reservoir with fluid.
