CALL OPERATIONS
This chapter will guide you to place internal and external calls, transferring and holding the incoming calls.
Placing calls
To place an internal or external calls, you can use the following mode:
Earpiece mode: pressing the off-hook key to dial out.
Speakerphone mode: pressing the speakerphone key to dial out.
Headset mode: connecting a headset.
During the call, you can switch the call mode by pressing the corresponding keys or connecting a headset.
Internal calls
To make phone calls between the handsets registered to the same DP750 Base Station when it is used as
a standalone unit, without the use of a SIP server. This feature will also be applicable when the DP750
Base Station is used with Hunting Groups and is registered to SIP server only with one master number.
To make internal calls, follow the next steps:
Method 1:
1. Press Up arrow key , to display the intercom list containing all the handsets registered.
2. Navigate to choose the desired handset and then press Select(left soft key).
3. To terminate the call, press hang-up key .
Method 2:
1. In idle screen, enter the 1-digit handset number, for instance 1, or 2, or 3…
2. Press Intercomsoftkey (using left soft key).
3. To terminate the call, press hang-up key .
External Calls
External calls require the use of SIP lines. So you should first assign the SIP Account to the handset
beforehand, and then assign the line to the handset.
To make external calls, follow the next steps:
Method1:
1. Enter the desired number using the keypad.
