FACTORY RESET
There are many ways users could use to reset factory settings: Reset via local GUI, via Web page, via the
reset button on the the back panel of the GVR3550.
WARNING!
Factory Reset will erase all the GVR3550 configuration information. Please back up all devices or print
related info before making the following steps. If users lost all parameters or records, Grandstream will take
no responsibility.
RESET VIA LOCAL GUI
Users could go to Main Menu->System Settings->Advanced System Settings on the GVR3550 local GUI
and find the Factory Reset Settings: click on the Reset button after Erase all data /Only keep network data
to bring up the prompt box as shown below. Click OK to reboot the device and restore factory settings.

RESET VIA WEB PAGE
Users could go to Main Menu->System Settings->Advanced System Settings on the GVR3550 local GUI
and find the Factory Reset settings: click on the Reset button after Erase all data /Only keep network data
to bring up the prompt box as shown below. Click OK to reboot the device and restore factory settings.

RESET VIA BUTTON
There is a Reset button on the back panel of the GVR3550 as shown in figure 2, long press the button for
more than 10 seconds to reboot and restore to factory reset .
