FIRMWARE UPDATE
GVR3550/GVR3552 supports software upgrade via TFTP /HTTP/HTTPS server. Please go to Maintenance
->Upgrade to configure.
GVR3550/GVR3552 supports the following upgrade modes:
· Manual upload firmware file to upgrade
· Upgrade via TFTP firmware server
· Upgrade via HTTP/HTTPS firmware server
NOTE:
Ø It is HIGHLY recommended that use an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) or
it might be fail if emergency cutoff occurs in the process of update.
Ø Please unpack the compression package before upgrade when manual update.
MANUAL UPGRADE
1. Go to Maintenance ->Upgrade to set upgrade mode to "Manual Upload";
2. Click on the "File" button in the "Firmware File Path" entry to select the firmware file;
3. Click on "Upgrade Now" button to upload firmware, the screen is shown below;
